WHAT SIZE BALLOON GARLAND?

Float Balloon Garlands are sized and priced by the "cluster". Each cluster measures approximately 2 feet in length. Combine clusters together to make your garland either longer, fuller, or both. 
A minimum order of 4 clusters is required for custom installations.
